Since your reading this page we're willing to wager that you want answers to two simple questions:

1. "Can I return this product for a full refund if I don't like it?"

Yes! We offer a lifetime guarantee on all products purchased on our website!
If at anytime you are not completely satisfied with a product you’ve purchased from Hemingway Accoutrements you may receive a 100% refund*. No questions asked.

2. "Is return shipping free?"

Yes! Upon request we'll provide you with a free return shipping label. *See "Here's How to Return Your Product" information below.

* In the case of certain limited product drops we do not offer returns/refunds due to the nature of limited product drops. This will be clearly noted on any limited product drop page so you'll be aware.

Here's How to Return Your Product:

STEP 1: Email us at yourfriends[at]hemingwayaccoutrements.com with your order number and a request to return your product. Please tell us if it is a return for a refund or a return for an exchange.
We will email you back with a free shipping label that includes our return shipping address. You will need to print and attached the label to the box.
STEP 2: Securely pack your product using bubble wrap and/or other protective filling to prevent damage during the return shipment.

STEP 3: Drop off package at the shipping provider noted on the shipping label. Typically we use USPS (Postal Service) for return shipping.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 weekdays.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Yes, even sale items can be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yourfriends[at]hemingwayaccoutrements.com.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
